Stale2000 aka u/tarrot_card was the top moderator of r/livestreamfail and used the subreddit to promote Destiny clips and snark posts against Hasan. The scam looks like some kind of lottery for “$20 million”. In the video, he vows to create an “alliance” of reddit moderators to take on Spez.

The sub is moderated by Destiny-fans. They boost clips on the subreddit that support Destiny. The sub is probably also pro-Zionism. I think they probably also promoted the Hasan shock-collar conspiracy theory.
Stale2000 was the top mod of the subreddit but I think there are other still other mods on r/livestreamfail that are Destiny-aligned.
I have commented about it a couple times before.

According to another post, this man’s rule changes include:
Allowing edited clips to be uploaded directly to reddit (instead of off site)
Allowing streamers to opt out of being featured on the sub
Bringing up a user’s post history in other subs is a bannable offense (too many people were pointing out regular r/destiny or Ethan Kkklein stans were posting anti-Hasan shit)

Seriously though, this shit is all the result of a half century long conspiracy, from the 1971 business round table, the first iteration of the long game of business to undo the new deal and the political power and wealth of the working class.
It is not long after that you can see things happen one after another. The fear of the other in the crime waves. The capture of agencies. The democrats becoming more captured by the rich, the corruption of science. The unions get infected with mobsters. The rate of inflation is changed to understate it (several times, by 2008 social security checks would be 1,300 more a month on average under the unchanged rate,) and just them attacking and undermining any sort of rival power base.

The concept of “destiny-aligned” is even more pathetic. By Destiny-aligned, I meant that Stale2000 is a prominent member of Destiny’s private chat rooms. He talks to Destiny regularly. He moderates the r/livestreamfail subreddit to secretly promote Destiny.
A few years ago, Stale2000 made a video for a contest to be named as Destiny’s favorite chatter of the year. The video is deleted now.

it’s a key detail to the story. it’s not an accomplishment. It shows that Destiny’s community organized secret astroturfing campaigns which frequently appear on the front page of reddit.
They also did harassment campaigns against internet figures who spoke out against Israel and against Zionism.

It’s very much a coordinated smear effort. Hasan’s takes and positions are flawed, but I think people to his left should offer him a lot of grace because of what he personally has to go through while being a prominent supporter of Palestinian liberation, basic socdem domestic policies, platforming anti-imperial positions, and regularly mentioning PSL on his stream in a positive light.
This does not mean he is above criticism, it means that just like other figures, the criticism must be distinguished from the existing right-wing hate brigades.
I appreciate the neoliberals consistently shooting themselves in the foot by being too greedy and/or creepy to even keep the grift together in a stable way.
