I think the practical value of reading minds would be greater than being invisible, it’s just too much useful information (esp. important for threat assessment, etc.), but I think it would make me miserable - the burden of hearing other people’s thoughts and knowing what I shouldn’t know, etc. but it would also make it easier for me to approach social interactions with more strategic ability, and maybe most important to me: I would be a lot safer as I can anticipate and avoid dangerous people. (As an aside, an ability like this would probably make you very powerful and important, if you can read minds and nobody else can, you could probably accumulate major political power and wealth, etc.).
I think for my personality I would enjoy being able to be invisible far more, esp. to be able to be free from harassment in public, e.g. I could go places after-hours like a library and enjoy reading without fear of being kicked out or trespassed, I wouldn’t have to worry about being criminalized for homelessness, I could just sleep wherever it is unlikely someone would touch or interact with (like the top of bookshelves or something). I would really enjoy invisibility personally, I think, even though I think it would be less useful than reading minds.
The freedom that I could get from invisibility would be more valuable to me than the power I would get from reading minds.
