Honestly anything involving the urethra I’d avoid. That’s the hole I piss out of and I don’t want to mess it up. People say the same thing about the anus (I am a big anus fan), but the urethra is a lot more delicate than the anus.
It’s definitely safe if you take proper care to sterilize your equipment and environment. Also as a fellow butt enjoyer I’d honestly say it’s got similar risks to butt stuff. It’s just ickier.
