I love my ten foot charging cables, but I also really love the magnetic ones that self wind, regardless of length. I keep one in my car and it has yet to be the problem that every other charging cable I’ve had was.
I don’t know about iOS, but on Android you can make a widget on your home page and set it to go directly to a setting of your choice. I did this for location.

Unfortunately, I have yet to find a good way to search Real Life Comics, so I can’t find the particular strip. It’s a very different comic these days.
This reminds me of a relatively early Real Life Comics, wherein a character is introduced to Linux and, shortly thereafter, is seen to be building Beowulf clusters.

This post is the second time today I’ve seen an Animorphs reference. Before those, I hadn’t thought about the franchise in years and wouldn’t have remembered that controllers were a thing. Strange, since the book series was a huge part of my childhood.
In case you’re curious, the other one was a JonTron video. I think he was caught in some kind of scandal, so I’m not sure whether to still like him, but I did enjoy the video. I was also somewhat astounded to realize Shawn Ashmore was Jake.
