I think this moreso demonstrates how tedious written french is. “Qu’est-ce que c’est?” is significantly faster to say than “what’s that?”
I’d wager if the chart was on information density per written letter or word french would be way further behind
I dunno man, you might be right cuz you’d probably be told to pipe it down
I mean, the whole “startups are doing x” is really code for “venture dollars have been made available for entrepreneurs to explore x”. Startups these days are chasing fields which have investment dollars, so this means the rich are starting to invest in the tech a little more earnestly
So instead your proposal is to vote for project 2025 and watch the world burn?
That is hardcore wishful thinking, the nature by which critical digital infrastructure is developed and maintained is of keen importance to political systems everywhere. This situation was inevitable with the ongoing escalation of war
When we culturally embrace that food is a market item, not a right, then we systemically avoid maintaining or enabling sources of food that violate market principles: say, for example, keeping fruit trees in public parks, and making excess farm production available to the public
You are arguing for the dehumanization of the people of Israel. Dehumanizing the enemy is a reprehensible thing to do no matter the side no matter the conflict
That’s leaning real hard on the toe line triune biblical interpretation, my friend. To get the trinity out of the bible you gotta be lookin for it really hard. The history of christianity is littered with groups advocating and being persecuted for every imaginable interpretation of god, but the trinity folks really knew how to murder their way to top dog better than any other group
I mean, if an entrepeneur owns a significant portion of the available houses in a region then they can chose to only keep the as few on the market at a time as possible to force the prices to stay high, they might even work with their other housing entrepreneur buddies to have them do the same thing so that all the housing entrepreneurs in the region can win big.
It would be safer if we were all riding the train/bus. Getting in a car in america is accepting the risk that you share the road with everyone. no matter the qualifications or mental state we still all gotta get to work/grocery store/wherever, and the only way is by ~4000 pound metal speed box.
Worrying about safety on the highway is about making sure you are in situations you can handle and react to, staying attentive to the styles and mental states of other drivers and being a step ahead of the road conditions
Religious groups are about the last active groups who can be swayed to actually do something about the state of the world, i don’t understand why we rail so hard against them. So what if we willfully subscribe to fantasy and fairy tail? Are you trying to say that we are weak for enjoying video games, role playing, good books and company?
This is why i refuse to use self check out. If they wont trust me to do the job my way i wont do it for free.
Since we’re just playing necromancer, why not have these zombies live in constant agony wishing for true death and the only way they can achieve it is to undo their legacy work which binds their children.
The fantasy was already pretty high, may as well lean into it
This has some hardcore original sin vibes. If the argument is that we are bad people merely for existing in this country regardless of our actions, then the argument is in bad faith and is only intended to tear down people who would otherwise wish to help.
But if the child is well bonded, how will he grow up to be an insecure, dependable consumer?
Hey buddy, i really don’t appreciate you going around reminding me just how awful this place is. It’s already hard enough staying positive
Only if you have access to adequate resources
Of all the comments on this post, I think this most plausibly is the owner of the car
Are you arguing for or against mass incarceration?
