What’s our opinion on thanking God for blessing doctors with the talent to save your life/lives of others? A bit more empathetic?

(I’m not suggesting this is necessarily my belief, but for those who profess a love for God/Allah/etc, I think it is fair to both thank the creator they believe in as well as the people who work on them on earth).

I suppose it depends which type of apocalypse we are talking about. A zombie outbreak would, at least theoretically, leave infrastructure mostly intact. Nuclear war wouldn’t.

This seems like a reasonable thing to do. People still buy cigarettes despite the ban on open advertising. People seeking vices will seek them out. But we don’t need to encourage it in every possible media avenue.
