Yes I have! And no idea if they are. Their search is just better than google, and doesn’t freeze like yahoo, isn’t Russian like yandex, isn’t a privacy nightmare and lying about it like duckduckgo, isn’t chinese like baidu, isn’t bloated like bing, and isn’t slow af like searx

Most of those search engines just mentioned are just bing with a wrapper tho

i also use youtube and discord, but I am looking for an alternative platform. Because to be honest, they kinda suck. I’m only there because other people are there.

Other than that, Lemmy is the main thing I use. I love it because it just does as I tell it to. Can’t be much more simple.

Ubuntu with all the additional servers and quality of life features enabled. But no firewall, and it somehow runs from a ramdisk.

Words! At least, for people capable of literal communication. You gotta interpret words as they’re said, not as they sound or seem.

I think everyone does. That doesn’t mean I approve of their actions, or agree with their opinions.

I view it as a kindness that any human deserves. Having differences in opinion doesn’t change that for me.
