LMDE stands for “Linux Mint Debian Edition” and it was always a Linux mint based on Debian instead of Ubuntu. This article shouldn’t mention them at all.
But the latest LMDE version was moved to the latest Debian version, which is what the article is about.
Ah.
I think they’re saying it’s moving from Bookworm rather than Ubuntu
Interesting! I may take a look at some point. I don’t like what Ubuntu is doing nowadays. And I’ve always liked Debian.
