For a while I held off watching it because I was afraid they would butcher one of my favorite childhood game franchise but holy shit this show is based its funny as fuck and I can say no more without ruining the experience just go watch it.

Nice it definitely seems like they’re doing world building and setup for the real tournament. Honestly I am pretty impressed how good it is.
