The joke in the OP is that Zuckerberg looks like a robot, which is a pretty well known anti-autistic trope that we aren’t human because we do not emote how an allistic does. I’m not sure how Zuckerberg “looks” autistic. I didn’t know autistic people have a distinct look. He looks like any other guy. In fact he was quite handsome during the hayday of Facebook, but he decided to get a Caesar cut to feed his ego and that’s when he started looking like a literal robot. No one was making fun of his looks when he was younger
