    I didn’t make it 5 minutes into it. I’ve played Minecraft, and somehow, the Minecraft movie had zero appeal. Meanwhile, The Lego Movie managed to be appealing to pretty much everyone on the planet. The current movie industry is exhausting.

    She can do whatever she wants. I’ve had a crush on her most of my life. Helps she’s a good actress too.

      I saw it opening day with my kid and then a week later with the wife and kid and the interim was when all that shit blew up on social media. I lost a lot of faith in humanity seeing the way the audience reacted during the second showing and just knowing it was all because they saw someone else do the same thing online and copied it like a mindless drone.

      That being said, I mostly enjoyed the movie and would have liked it better if the brother and sister weren’t in it.

        Cinemas here went into damage control and allocated specific sessions for popcorn throwing, shouting, running around, etc. They’ll probably do the same pre-emptively for this film, whenever it releases.
