I know this is probably pretty meaningless, but I drove through a heavily rural area last weekend. Previously, I’d see Trump signs all over the place. Didn’t see a single one this time. Idk why the polls don’t reflect this, but it certainly seems like he’s lost a good chunk of support from his base. At least where I live.
I live in a rural college town and heard some boomer locals talking about how badass the pilot rescue was and then they immediately pivoted to how the war is dumb and they don’t understand why he did it. I found interesting because they are his base “rah-rah” red meat crowd and they were getting pissed
