This sounds like good news, potentially a sign of increasing food security and nutritional quality, and maybe decreased stress during adolescence along with other factors. And the title instead centers a horrible man and his horrible actions, and the comments don’t actually knowledge these young women either other than as sexual objects.
Imho the interesting thing is that East Asians are commonly understood to be shorter than average, and this shows how quickly something like that can change.
