A sexually transmitted form of roundworm is making a gross splash in the United States.
The first sentence is wrong. It’s not roundworm. Roundworms are actual worms. It’s talking about ringworm which is a fungus.
Yes and, not just one fungus but a family of fungi! Also it doesn’t have to be sexually transmitted, you can get it from shared surfaces at the gym, public showers and even your pet cat.
I didn’t even know I had a cat, so I’m excited for the possibilities!
