I had this epiphany some time after graduating from high school, and it felt great. Just thinking, “Man, I wish I had X right now…” and then having the realization that, wait, I can just… go get that thing, and I don’t need permission to do it.
I just usually feel guilty for spending money, especially on myself.
Same. The BR ice cream cakes can easily be $50. They’re kind of irresponsible.
I’d rather get a better cheesecake for less money.
Tsk, tsk. As an adult, you’ll have the common sense of asking yourself a couple of questions before buying an ice cream cake. Such as “Will I ever recover financially from this?” or “Can I stop myself from eating it all in one go and suffering a tummy ache?”

I needed a little one person iced cream cake.
To me, a normal 8x11 cake is a little one person cake.
I bought one recently for a birthday party because I had a hankering and holy fuck are they expensive. I can’t remember the dollar amount but I wanna say it was like $40-50 for one of those like mint chip log ones.
