In isolation, nothing much at all. But all her non-WASP characters have lazy, stereotypical names, so it’s a little more suspicious. Combine that with knowing she’s an enormous bigot in real life, and yeah, there might be a problem with that.

Wait… What’s wrong with “Cho Chang”???
Cho is a Korean surname and Chang is a Chinese one. It’s kinda like calling your Irish character McGregor O’Connor

Just sayin’ that it’s reasonable evidence to suggest that she picked “Samsara” without really noodling through the cultural implications.
