          No it’s not, they’re talking about “after the revolution” as if that’s a thing. The revolution is ongoing. Threats to it keep happening.

            There’s the current situation in America, the revolution in the sense of the active overthrow of the state, and “the revolution” in the sense of an ongoing proletarian state that has established itself. In the first we don’t have prisons, in the second they are fundamentally insecure, and in the third they are secure. Summary executions in the third case simply do not make sense, and really executions in general don’t either in a country like America under a DotP.
