Nursing made me feel like my boobs were real. They never got big (like not much at all, pretty darn flat) and guys always were kind of mean or dismissive, even my ex loved me in spite of my build, not because of it, understand? I didn’t want big boobs but just was made to feel inadequate in a way.

They didn’t grow when pregnant or nursing but made SO MUCH MILK it was incredible. And so convenient, no fussing with positions or trying to get the kid to latch on, no worries about falling asleep and smothering them. No stretch marks no sagging. They fed my kids! I really appreciate them now for not getting big (and finally got a man who prefers small, too) but absolutely it was nursing that felt like a big fuck-off to everyone who told me they were underdeveloped. They were not.

Menopause gave me a little torso fat so they are a bigger small now, and I like that too. But I don’t care much, they did a great job and saved me thousands of dollars in formula over the years.

I love a woman who knows her worth—and honestly, the ‘big fuck-off’ energy is incredibly hot.

Funnily enough it was my gf that made me think of this question, mentioning that I’d made her appreciate her own boobs more. Makes me happy to no end :)
