I am in no means an expert, but maybe try looking for keto diet recipes, they tend to shy away from sugar completely usually, or use substitutes. You can always replace the starch alternatives for the real thing (flour/potatoes/rice) since you only care about sugar.

In Texas here, I love the colonies of green & brown anoles in my back yard. Regularly go out there just to spot them sunbathing or hanging out in my plants. Also never heard of anyone hating lizards.

Thank Fuck. Finally an ounce of good news coming out of what has been an absolutely sithole of a state lately. And this is coming from someone who has lived there their whole life. Now if this keeps up and midterm elections go the same way I won’t look for any excuse to leave for the sake of my future family.
