Are they arguing it wasn’t random though? I mean Shakespeare had to think through the plot and everything, not just scribble nonsense on a page

Again with insults? I don’t think I’ll be continuing to reply. Have a good one.
I see where you’re coming from. It could branch out to any person or organization, though, wouldn’t you think? Like I brought up in my original comment, I “stage” my home for myself, firstly, because it makes me feel comfortable. I also do a lot of video calls for work, school, and with friends. So I wonder where the delineation is. When and why does it become inauthentic?
I’m in a charged enough environment that seeing your aggressive language is too much for me to read beyond three sentences. It doesn’t seem you read my full comment based on those three, anyway. You don’t need to reply or repeat yourself but if you don’t mind clarifying, would you mind considering running it by ChatGPT or something to make sure it’s civil first? I don’t think my comment warranted this attitude. Thank you.
Words can have multiple meanings. Harris didn’t go to McDonald’s and work a shift as a politician to get the photo op. Her showing up for her “shift” at the White House isn’t any more staged, imo. If you want to say that the entire White House is staged, shit like that, then by that metric everyone’s job is staged. Which, hey, if you find value in “staging” your home or work area, that’s great. I think we should differentiate how Trump & Mussolini here clearly made their decision to do these jobs for just long enough for cameras and potential voters, though. There’s really no other substance to take away from the pictures.
The carton stuff literally tasted like sweat the one time I tried
I remember thinking she had dropped it on accident and felt bad for her when I first saw it as a kid. She made a little “oh!” with a look of what I thought was surprise
Lmfao I had to start using the covers for litter boxes since one of mine does this. I feel bad, like I know it’s not great for them to feel confined but…I am not letting that continue
It would only show the info relating to the account though, right? I don’t share my Instagram because I can’t figure out how to disconnect it from my Facebook (plus it doesn’t embed on discord - very rude), but I don’t use my real info for any of my other accounts.
Such as increased rates of infertility iirc
Certainly shouldn’t mean people are less than for being amused by it either… O.o
It’s not having a face tattoo on its face that’s the issue…heh pun intended
We still have a ways to go with psychologist research, to be fair. My dad served two tours between 2003-2006 and only more recently came to understand PTSD isn’t something you just “get over.”
Same for sexism. It’s not easy for service members to get over that engrained idea of protecting women at the cost of the team. There’s a lot of promising research in resilience studies preparing military members prior to entering combat that I think could apply. As long as researchers and artists involved in VR type training are careful to include particular elements like more femme voices and such, it can be overcome before it’s an issue in active combat
And to be clear, I’m not familiar with the research veterans have cited to me that it is an issue to begin with. I’ve only really looked at PTSD and the use of VR for exposure therapy and CBT. I’m inclined to believe it would be an issue for at least some men. I’d like to look at Israel as a case study example when I get some time since they’ve had compulsory service for men and women for a while now
Actual fact: abortion is a life saving medical procedure
There’s a Netflix doc titled something like “the staircase” where a guy got tried for murder because his wife fell down some stairs. Regulations are written in blood, as they say
Good example for why journaling can be useful:)
Well murder risks further interaction with cops, the legal system, lawyers… Can I just stare at the stranger for 5 seconds? I could probably manage a smile.
Wait, you’re a stranger! Look ma I did it!
We are not attempting to “erase male victims.” I understand this is an extremely triggering topic as a victim myself. We are pointing out the difference in experiences that clearly exist. I am sorry you were harmed, both in the past and through my comment, but I ask that you take time to take care of yourself and think about the disparities between those numbers and experiences. No one should be victimized as you were, and certainly no one should go through what the women did in this trial. Can you understand the difference?
If the follow up to you saying you’re done is them demanding to keep going, that is coercive and fucked up. I wouldn’t suggest lying in response unless you never plan to see them again, though, or if you feel safe and plan to address it later. It’s just as fucked up to keep up with the lie afterwards as it is to be coercive, imo. Both play coercive, indirect ways of refusing respect, and the tit-for-tat dynamic risks setting up a breeding grounds of resentment for at least the person maintaining a lie. It also denies the coercive person the opportunity for growth.
