Free Healthcare is a broad term for dozens of different policies in dozens of different countries. Just because OP’s specific country has problems, doesn’t mean that every single implementation of free healthcare leads to bad healthcare. Well from personal experience I would argue that there are more than 2 points in life where you age dramatically, because never in my live I have been 44 or 60 years old, but still had at least one phase in live, where my body suddenly felt a lot older.
