Hate crimes will rise, just as they rose dramatically during the first Trump term. There will be camps, first used on immigrants but there’s no telling when they’ll stop. Do whatever it takes to leave. Your survival is more important than any unjust laws.
I can’t promise the grass will be that much greener when you leave; fascism is rising across the globe and trans people are an unfortunately easy marginalized community to otherize and attack. At the very least, you might have a chance to stop it taking root somewhere else.
