  • I use sleeves for individual knives and put them in a drawer, you can get them on amazon or ebay, just make you get the right sizes

    Magnetic strips are another popular option, but I don’t like them because the knives are exposed so you or any pets might accidentally cut yourself on them, also if you aren’t using each knife on the strip often, they will collect dust



  • sautee the bell pepper and onion for a couple minutes, remove from the pan and add crumbled tofu to fry for a few minutes, lower heat and add a sauce (make this before cooking) of 1/2 tsp tahini, a splash of water to thin the tahini, turmeric, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, whatever else you want, gently toss/stir to spread it around, let it reduce for a couple minutes, add back the veggies and mix

    if you’re not including tahini, you can skip the sauce and just sprinkle the dry seasonings on the tofu as it’s cooking
