Reminds me of the hours I’ve spent scanning in articles from print journals for interlibrary loan.

I’m glad I wasn’t the only one that thought that.

I use it for most of my work browsing since it integrates with SSO with windows azure AD which is nice. It’s not particularly great, and microsoft has added a lot of features that I don’t find add any value, but it gets the job done.

I read the article and still can’t find a real point to it myself, so you’re not alone.
