When calculating your macro nutrition for weight gain the general recommendation comes out to about 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. This is just a coincidence, but makes finding out how much protein you need to gain muscle mass pretty easy if you know how much you weigh and given that all of our labels have that info in grams.

They might be referencing the rough math for daily protein consumption. It works out to about 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight for men and half a gram per pound for women.

Like other’s have the pacing was off and it felt like there were missing parts.

What I’ll add is that it felt mismatched tonally. They had this goofy comedy bit in the middle of the film that felt like it didn’t fit in well the rest of it. It was really jarring and it felt like a bit of the magic disappeared after that.

Still a very beautiful film with interesting ideas. Love the main character and his willingness to throw hands. Wish it was 3 hours long instead of 2.

I had a lot of trouble jellyfin and anime until I started putting things into season folders, even if they only had one season. So if I had Ano Hana I’d put the episodes in a folder like this

Once I started doing that, Jellyfin automatically recognized most Anime.

Felt the same way about it. The plot device of the character potentially becoming Keanu really broke all motivation for me. Why would I complete the main plot if each mission made the infestation worse? I made this character, why would I be interested in watching them become someone else’s Gary Stue? I wanted to be my Gary, not theirs.

The story would have been much improved by dropping Johnny Mnemonic Silverhands and instead having the partner, whose name escapes me because I only got to know him through 2 missions and a 30 second montage of us getting to know each other, as the ride along personality. Instead of him taking you over, he’s fading away and you have to save him.

Throw in a heroic sacrifice from your semi AI partner at the end or a plot twist him into a villain Tyler Durdening your ass while you sleep and it could have been something magical.
