get on a good sleep cycle, go to the doctor (if you have coverage) for depression & lock yourself hard into a hobby. It can be cooking, gardening, walking around outside for a few miles per day, just make sure it’s out of your apartment.
That’s what has helped me. Also reaching out to friends/family and joining in their hobbies and activities can be fun.
