Scout looks really cool, and yes, we just play single rounds of rummikub (with a bunch of house rules and extra pieces to make it a bit faster and fun)

Hadn’t seen this before but I’ve got another group I play with who really enjoy exploding kittens so I might have to grab this regardless. Thanks!
That sounds quite fun, I might give it a try. Thanks for the suggestion!
Same here, my one complaint aside from other small nitpicky things.
I don’t think I tried that actually, shall give it a go. I mostly just wanted to give Jerboa some love. It’s fun trying the new ones but people seem to overlook it a bit.
Liftoff was really slow/buggy for me and I think searching for communities was hard
I’m on android but I’ve tried a bunch (connect, summit, wefwef, another I forget) but I think Jerboa is the best. Seems the most functional by far. Can’t wait for boost, though.
What is flushing exactly? Is it just violently swishing water through your teeth? I do that and find it works better at getting stuff out than flossing most of the time.
Same, I loved boost, have got the boost for Lemmy preload on my phone already.
Part of the fun of Lemmy is it can be as big or small as you like. Just find a smaller instance that blocks any of the big places if that ends up happening.
I kind of don’t think it’s that weird. I grew up with computers and I use one for work in a technical field where understanding them helps. But I also barely use one anymore other than for work or the odd game. People who grew up on phones and want to develop for phones or consoles might never have needed to use a computer but can still be interested in computer science.
I don’t actually know but maybe it has to do with high humidity favoring less clothing so your sweat helps cool you more effectively? Or perhaps the higher ease in finding shade in the tropics.
I think it’s fine, it will all just work out over time.
What is a “hand-free” game exactly?
