I can’t remember who said it unfortunately, but i remember this one funny quote that goes like “the Nobel prize in economics is the only one where every winner thinks the other winners are all charlatans”

Reminds me how Pax Romana, Pax Britanica, and now of course Pax Americana are all peace in terms of outright state on state conflict, but all were/are engaging in massive amounts of social murder and class war under that “peace”
