Oh I agree totally. I’m just wondering if this legal structure could be hijacked to build a leftist city state instead though. The independence from the existing state could be very helpful, if you can get them to let you make one.

The numbers were pretty different between Trump and other presidents but I hear you, it’s wrong either way. I still think it’s important to emphasize the scale and cruelty of Trump’s concentration camps are way worse.

This is what made me suspicious. Usually when a politician supports someone there’s no need to make vague statements like this because you can easily find a quote from her explaining her positions in her own words. The lack of such quotes seems conspicuous.

Regarding the Latinas for Trump claim, I can’t find any other sources making this claim, so I suspect this is just misinformation. I did find several statements from the real Latinas for Trump founders criticizing Trump’s immigration policy, though none had people close to them harmed directly. It seems to be a US based organization founded by local US politicians, so it would be quite surprising if this Colombian woman was involved, especially when she’s not mentioned as a founder elsewhere.

Especially since you’ve now twice declined to explain anything about why you feel the way you do and instead posted insults for no apparent reason. I believe he did have a visa and applied for asylum, although being the son of a politician unless there are some very unusual circumstances, his asylum claim seems dubious.

That said, he was following the rules as they exist and should not have been arrested.

In all the coverage of this I have not seen a single statement from her that is supportive of Trump or his immigration policy. I’m not saying she’s a good person but I’m starting to suspect people just want to force this story to fit the narrative they find gratifying instead of learning what actually happened.

And then, even if she did support this it doesn’t mean her son did, who is the real victim here. I wish people would have a little more compassion for victims of state violence. But it seems this is rare even on the left when there is a more convent narrative.

They’ve got a long way to go before they can claim such a title. If it’s even possible to be a “green superpower”. Seems like a contradiction to me.

These aren’t real subpoenas. They’re just paperwork filled out by DHS to justify their own violence and authority. They’re totally illegitimate and they just call them subpoena’s in a (mostly successful) attempt to fabricate legal authority from thin air.
