Cool motive, still nepotism
Endless legend is undoubtedly a great game but I never liked the hero thing they have going on unfortunately.
I’ve played humankind quite a bit actually. I had fun for a while but although I liked the idea at first I don’t love the leader switching system as it is implemented in humankind.
Sometimes I wonder why companies make decisions like this. But then I remember just how many completely braindead executives are out there.
At least it’s not denuvo anti cheat but their anti tamper is bad enough. Civ 6 is my most played game and I guess I’ll have more time to play it now after all… It’s really too bad I was very excited to try out the new features they’ve added.
I’m guessing mods won’t be using the steam workshop but the launcher so that consoles can have mods…
Civ 7 won’t be using the 2k launcher. They announced that when they removed it from civ 6.
Nice. I’m glad you feel confident enough to run over raccoons for your dinner again.
It’s all people outside of your search parameters that’s why they never show up. So basically it’s people you’re not interested in anyways and it’s not worth paying them money to find that out.
I played through the third recently, yes there are a few mods. The game isn’t very mod friendly so there’s not a ton there but I found like a dozen or so that were worth installing on nexus.
Game still kinda sucks but good enough for one play through if you liked the first (two)
Sims is great but their content policy is insane. While I don’t think this game looked amazing it did have potential and would’ve at least been an option. So we’re back to only having Sims in that genre now. Let’s hope that paralives pulls through, they seem to at least still be going
Again with this bullshit.
“As it comes to, particularly the creators out there, look, our view is, a lot of them have gone from hobbyists to professionals. And it’s part of our job to make sure they can do that and they do get paid and they see the monetary rewards if they make awesome content,” Howard said.
This is such horseshit. This isn’t about “making sure that they get paid” this is about Bethesda getting a cut of those profits, nothing more nothing less. The way modding is right now is perfect, at least from a user’s perspective. You get everything for free but if you can afford it and want to then you can donate to the creator.
There’s no need for a paid system because that excludes people who can’t afford to pay for the stuff. They are already excluded from official content because everything comes as a paid dlc nowadays and now you also want to exclude them from modding?
I think this will only hurt the modding community and the only ones really profiting from this are the corporations.
That’s a different story. This one is about that time Russia/USSR paid pepsi with old military equipment to get around sanctions. I think they couldn’t actually receive it because they’re not allowed to have that but it’s a funny story regardless. I think someone already posted the link
I doubt it. There are no indigenous people there that rely on that water so nestle wouldn’t be motivated enough to get it.
Ads etched into glasses. Maybe tiny screens if that’s possible.
No, it’s not easy to navigate.
It’s a very complicated game and it’s going to take you a few hours to understand all of the mechanics but they have very good tutorials. Be prepared to read a lot of text though. A bit of a guess but I’d say learning the basics takes around 2-3 hours if you follow the tutorials.
Once you understand how everything.works it is easy to navigate though because the UI is very good.
I love the BossHoss Cover
Board game the Chinese players the option to download their account data before shutting down the servers. Whoever did that will (presumably) have the option to upload that data once the services are restored.
Afaik neither blizzard or netease saved any of the data. Blizzard didn’t because Chinese players’ data can’t be stored on servers outside of china and netease didn’t because…fuck 'em?
I looked into it and tried it myself just today. For the most part it’s fine but you’ll have to be prepared to do some tinkering here and there. Most of the games I wanted to play are listed on proton as works but with some issues.
I set up popOS yesterday and tried to install satisfactory today via steam but it wouldn’t let me and when I filtered my games lost for Linux it shrank down to a very small list. Iirc it was listed on proton as gold or even platinum so there must be a way to get satisfactory to run but I honestly couldn’t be asked today so I set up dual boot and went back to windows for now.
I think that’s the way to got for a newbie. Set up dual boot and whenever you have the time & patience to try to get something to work on Linux go for it but when you just want to relax and play some games (or multiplayer) boot up windows.
I think Linux for everyday use is just fine even though popOS could use some UX designers.
Imo the yellow one already runs an otherwise beautiful picture. This I vote 10% transparency dark blue
Politicians of many countries will express their shock and outrage towards the media before turning around and signing even more arms deals with Israel.
