The FOSS alternatives to Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator have really come a long way in the last 10 years.
I’ve got a friend who expatriated to the Netherlands to escape the fascist spiral we’re all feeling in the United States. It was not an easy task to manage with a wife and kid, as you can imagine.
I guess this goes to show there’s little hope in trying to run from what’s clearly coming.
The one (unsubstantiated) rumor that has me excited is the prospect of a dynamically destructable open world. If they’re able to pull something like that off in a GTA game it would really be something “next gen”. But I admit that’s mostly just wishful thinking on my part.
Be advised, I’m picky about style and I was picky about style even on the streets. Don’t judge me.
