Previously undetected organic compounds have been found in ice ejected into space from Enceladus, making the satellite a prime candidate for further research.

    Anyone who’s interested in what life on one (or more!) of our two gas giants’ ice moons might be like should take a look at 2010 and 2061 by Arthur C. Clarke (oh, and avoid 3001 at all costs!).
