So… ok, being serious, there are no … 100% detailed and fully agreed upon definition of what a vampire is, what rules they play by.
They’re a trope, a legendary class of creatures.
That being said, my general understanding is that a Vamp can go into a public space, an abandoned house, basically anything that does not explicitly have a private owner, is not a private place, a domicile… and very often the body is treated essentially as a thing that your “soul” possesses, via very similar logic… but this varies across time, space, and culture.
As to specifically, technically how this works in more complex scenarios… we are now talking something like supernatural vampiric legal theory.

The original Dracula has a whole lot more going on with basically blood purity, a whole bunch more of the plot revolves around basically the nobility / whiteness of the blood of other characters.
So you could maybe make a canonical argument that vampires are basically all eugenecists / scientific racists, something like that, and that would affect their uh, legal theory, to figure out exactly how primogeniture works.
As to the vampiric capacity to bust a milky nut:
I… don’t see why they would not be basically normal humans in that regard.
Granted, I am less familiar with more modern YA vampire romance type stuff… but I would be willing to bet someone has written an extensive fan fic that is basically twilight + 50 shades of gray, apparently mythical beast smut, err, I mean, “romantasy” is a very popular genre these days, but I haven’t read much of it myself.
