I am pretty nervous person, but it wasnt that big of deal, but recently when i get nervous my head starting to spin, i cant sit still, at most critical situation i want to stand up, and for some reason im feeling better when i take a walk. What can this be? And should i consider going to psychotherapist? I dont think its something else because its only appers when i get nervous and getting worse and worse the more i becom nervous

Sounds like that could be an anxiety attack. Adrenaline rushing, blood pressure spikes and shallow breathing can make you feel dizzy and the flood of anxious thoughts turns that into a spiral.

Going for a walk gets you moving, breathing more properly and gives you something to focus on - that’s a good first step (no pun intended).

Definitely see some sort of doctor/medical professional who can properly evaluate you, if you’re able.

should i consider going to psychotherapist?

Sounds like something for a doctor rather than a therapist.
