The only instance I think I’ve ever seen of self identified racists coining a new term for a place using the “stan” suffix is “Kekistan” which is their tongue in cheek name for a fictional country embodying the ideals of white nationalism. So not exactly used by them in a derogatory sense, quite the opposite

There was also Kid Rock selling a shirt in 2016 with “Dumbfuckistan” as the name for the blue states in the presidential election. I personally would avoid using that suffix in derogatory contexts because of the not-so-subtle Islamophobic connotation

Yup, I’ve seen the Londonistan thing used a lot, and they’ve mentioned the -stan thing in regards to Germany too.
