Jessican Ashooh worked there, and I often hear they are a CIA cutout, but if someone asked me for evidence of that I’d have to shrug my shoulders and go “blehh.” Also, what’s their deal in general? What do they do? I know some of you well-read fuckers know about them.

I think the Wikipedia page shows what they are just fine. They’re the Global North’s strategy think tank for subjugating the Global South. I wouldn’t call them CIA cut-outs. It’s worse than that: these are the people the CIA does its dirty work for.
