    I’ve seen Europeans make the fact that Americans don’t generally drink unpasteurized milk into a “yanks dumb” thing

        Seeing the other post about France: It depends on the country. In Germany you can’t (only direct at the farm). Saw a documentary some weeks ago about Spain where they said that it is also forbidden (the journalist wanted to drink raw camel milk).

          Just re-checked: In theory you can buy raw milk in Germany in a supermarket. It is called “Vorzugsmilch” then. But I never saw any.
