…siding with the rebels over Nere at the forge?

I’m doing a second playthrough and I just got to this part. It didn’t make her hate me but I don’t get why she’d be upset at all that I told the Absolute’s precious little boy to fuck off.

    That’s breaking the chain of command, soldier! Mercenaries turning on their officers - what’s next? Tressym and Gremishka living together?

      Wouldn’t she be on board with breaking the chain of command given her own escape?

        I mean, her escape was “I don’t want to do this anymore, this is literal evil”, whereas the mercenaries betraying Nere are more “We haven’t been paid immediately so our employer Must Die”, might be a bit of a difference in seeing how justified the reason is for turning on your superior officers.

          I suppose my hang up is that the choice is between the enemy of our goals and the mercenaries who share our common enemy
