    Ocon was just the catalyst that accelerated the behind the scenes reshuffling starting with Briatore, repercussions is him not getting resigned plus a stern talk.

    Edit: also this guy has been there for 20 years, he’s one of those limp mummies from 2005/2006 glory, at some point you need fresh blood in there
