Looks great! You mentioned cold, I am trying ‘Rocoto’ peppers this season - I had a salsa and hot sauce made with them in Peru and the flavor blew my mind! They are native at higher elevations and are very cold tolerant, unusual for a pepper! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capsicum_pubescens check it out!
Hrmm not resistant to frost, and 9 month veg period, that ain’t happening even with a greenhouse where I am.
