I wish I could disagree but the literal morality I’ve had to contend with is basically ‘Western countries good, non-Western countries bad; Westerners people with rights, non-Westerners barely people with negotiable rights’
Ukraine invasion = bad
Middle East or Africa invasion = good (bumped up to neutral ten years after war begins, and biggest tragedy is the handful of American soldiers killed)
Democracy = citizens deserve human rights
Not a democracy = Kill the innocent!
Basically look at ICE; ICE is doing but a shred of what the troops did in Iraq and yet only ICE gets any hate.
