No, but a Dem had to go to the hospital, and the Democrats are the only party that has no means of enforcing party discipline. That is why liberals having a majority in all three branches of government can’t produce any results. If only we had 70 senators, so that finally the 60 real and good democrats can out-vote all the 10 Manchins and Libermans, then we can finally do real progressive reforms and reign in the War On Terror.

Also, we would need the Parlimentarian, and the Puerto Rican, and the DC non-voting representatives, so that the three of them could scold the 41st Manchin into voting with the Democrats.
