I remember being asked to talk to Politicians on Twitter, ages ago, to get them to change their policies, here in Europe.
You have no idea how much effort it took for me to de-lib myself and I’m still struggling .

Nowadays they mostly (actually completely) just ask you to sign a petition.
right, there is that website where EU citizens can sign petitions and I think this is genius, in an evil way, because if change happens you can give yourself a pat on the back for contributing to it with a sort of vote and if it doesn’t happen you can blame it on not enough people voting.
