Even if only for the bassline.

Even if only for the bassline.

It’s hard to believe Andor S2 could be better than S1 but they actually pulled it off!
The kids who loved the original trilogy in theaters grew up to be adults with more sophisticated tastes. Andor is for them. Other Star Wars media is for new generations of kids.

But why was that a disk and not a sphere?
An average day at work.

My first thought too.
Those “c-tier” motorised hotel-buffet ones are kinda goated for their use case. Stupid for home use of course.
And use tools? Is it full of stars?

I’m still using Firefox because I never bothered switching to Chrome when that became a thing.

Vespucciland -> Vespuccian.

I assume that’s what they mean by “You’re absolutely right…”

Betty when you call me you can call me clanker.

They call me the hiphoppopotamus
Flows that glow like phosphorus
Poppin’ off the top o’ this esophagus
Rockin’ this metropolis
I’m not a large water dwelling mammal
Where did you get that preposterous hypothesis?
I always assume anything written big, is also repeated in the smaller print, making the big writing safe to ignore, and therefore invisible. It works well about 0 times out of 10.

Its very annoying moving to the UK where those locks are always disabled, so you HAVE to squeeze the handle the whole time. One place even disabled the auto-stop when the tank is full, so you always spill a little.

I get where you’re coming from, and you’re probably right in this instance, but I disagree with your absolutist “never” stance (insert/ignore star wars meme per preference.)
There are plenty of free ad-supported services out there, a classic example being Gmail. If the user was not getting anything of value from this “free” service they would not use it. So they ARE getting something for free because of the ads. The fact that El Goog is selling their data for profit, making the user the actual product and the advertisers the customers, is a separate matter, and I suspect, is what you’re leaning in to.

Yes, clearly. This is my point. If they had made it about saving money for the customer then it would be acceptable. They absolutely could have. But they didn’t, so fuck them.
The things he’s complaining about all seem like good features for a group with voluntary membership. Its only when membership is compulsory that those kinds of things become bad.

That’s their purpose. Do you pay for websites or apps with ads? Do you get ads on paid websites or apps? (Yes i know there are exceptions)
If the savings are not for me then neither is this gas station.

This would be acceptable and even cool if they would put it beside another pump with the same fuel but without the ads and with a different price. So you can verify that the ads are actually saving you money.
That show seemed like the kind of thing that would tail off and get boring, but it just kept getting better. And weirder.
