Now I’m not sure if that’s more or less of a hassle than requesting mail

Now I’m not sure if that’s more or less of a hassle than requesting mail

Which makes perfect sense

Their work around is that I have to request mail from my bank lol

Oh man, when I first moved into the new apartment, I was getting mail for like 5 different people and then 4 times in a week I got mail that wasn’t even for my apartment, one of them wasn’t even for my building.

I try to avoid unnecessary mail when I can so anything I can set on autopay and get emails for I do, which has been everything for quite some time. I just feel like I’m getting less than 1% of the mail my parents used to get when I was a kid and before everything was done electronically

How do you guys verify where you are? It certainly is annoying, but good to hear I’m not the only one avoiding paper waste.

The large state of Canada. They said they wouldn’t accept a printout and that I just have to request some physical statements or bills from the companies.

They won’t accept a print out but I requested some paper statements from my bank so that should be fine. Just seems a bit inconvenient for no reason other than not updating their procedures.

I have read about it and I have issues with it, at least the original study. The participants signed up for an experiment run by a Yale professor so I’m sure a lot of them didn’t think this would cause serious damage if any damage in reality. The participants signed up knowing they would get paid.
Not that money would excuse them for “harming” people but in combination with what would appear to be a professionally run experiment by a reputable school, I don’t think people would necessarily assume this was some kind of actual murder room.
Now if the experiment was to give randomly selected participants off the street a gun and tell them to shoot a puppy for no money, I think the results would differ.

To be fair, it really doesn’t seem like people’s votes matter. That’s why there is currently a corrupt criminal in office.

It’s funny how a small group of people can make 99% of the world do heinous things they don’t necessarily want to do but the masses rarely fight back. Tyrants will never be afraid when they know nobody will ever do anything effective against them. Noone can convince me we aren’t already in at least the first ring of hell based on how fucked up this world is.

I feel like the intermittent fasting term is blown out of proportion. A typical person eating at 8am, 12pm, and 6pm is already intermittent fasting for about 13 hours. 18 hours if they skip breakfast which has been common for decades.

Ya! hit those clankers where it hurts!
That’s what I said after I GOT ALL WET AND SLOPPY WITH OP’S MOM because I helped her do the dishes after the delicious meatloaf dinner.
That’s what a gentleman does before he LAYS SOME PIPE AND REARRANGES OP’S MOM’S plumbing situation because whoever did the pipe fitting before was clearly not certified, dang system looks like somebody threw spaghetti in a blender!
