No closing the doors well I’m in them resonated with me. Also getting headbutted well I try to poop.
I have very recently adopted a cat. She’s super loveable but full of kitten energy sometimes, very much this gif. She darts for any noise in full hunt mode once the sun sets.
Also, when a bag crinkles in any room of the house.

Maybe he did wish for a kidney but it was more of a monkey paw situation?
The mech suit could have been wish one or two.

Knew that looked familiar, was used for the Heavy Metal cover January 1997. Simon Bisley also did the cover for the movie Heavy Metal 2000 which I think was teased in that issue.
Heavy Metal 2000 wasn’t that great, worth a watch to check a box. But remembering all this makes me want to rewatch Heavy Metal (1981) it’s an animated anthology, with a great soundtrack. That was an all time favorite of mine.
And that doc is how it got stuck up my rectum.
Finally a gameshow I’d be good at! Unfortunately my whole family is dead, so they couldn’t watch it.
I feel like this is the newer variant Performative males for this era?
I think the “hipster” look is alive an well with all the guys who opened overpriced barbecue or taco joints that serve whiskey and tequila. Trends fade because the people who keep to them grow old and the younger generation does something different to not be “like their parents” or gen whatever the fuck category people are bulked into.
Eventually performative males will eventually open matcha and boba tea shops. To than be replaced by something else people can make fun of for 10 years.
Blockbuster was meh. I missed my local movie rental joint that was next to a Chinese take-out.
Used to be a ritual every other Friday for the spouse and I to order food than walk around the video store well we waited. We used to walk past the weird obscure tapes and come up with fake silly stories about what they were about and look at the goofy covers. Most times we’d rent something unexpectedly good, typically not from the new releases. I never really watch TV sitcoms, so I consumed most of my media this way. The magic was that multi-million dollar media companies didn’t pick what was available on their stream. The selection at the video store was more eclectic and not some sterile selection of just money makers. So I got to see some really good, not so popular, films.
Also they still had VHS when Blockbuster converted DVD and fairly sure they bought all the old VHS tapes from that conversion. DVDs were still fairly new, so I only had a VCR. Yes, I rewound the tapes.
A half-year pilgrim sounds fantastic! Get a break from my job and explore the world, probably share the expenses and burden with other fellow pilgrims.
Sign me the fuck up now.

“Perhaps try not using electricity this month. Or, consider getting a second source of income to turn on your fridge for a few hours a day!”

Yeah I’ve had a prominent widows peak since my hair grew in. Lot of comments about how I looked like Dracula or Eddie Munster. Got bad enough I tried shaving it in highschool, which honestly looked way way worse.
Morale of the story, men can have different hairlines that are not straight across. Just own it.

I got yah, just send me $1,000 in bitcoin if it was worth the fap.
