The site has been up for 2+ years, but have not received much attention. I think right about now it could help a lot of people who hear news about the wildfires and are motivated to start making some basic preparations. Who am I? A nobody, but I know a lot of first responders, they proofread the info on it and said that everything looks good (trust me bro).

    Interesting idea.

    Change the name from bugout list to emergency preparedness and you’ll avoid the preppers and attract the general public.

    Hiding items in the output list is not smart and in my country, Australia, water is likely the highest priority item to bring, not 17 rows down, so it might be useful to reorganise the list so you can grab stuff from the top and work your way down until you run out of time or have everything.

    There are government issued safety lists which might provide input, since I have no way of evaluating your skillset or credentials.
