      In WH40k a rouge trader (depicted above) is basically a noble with a giant paper document signed by God stating they can literally do whatever they want and no authority (aside from the inquisition) can tell them otherwise.

    Now I want to see a character that is essentially Ron Swanson in charge of an inquisition while trying to keep the government/Empire from actually doing anything.
