Smith says his own first RPG love was Ultima 7, followed by Baldur’s Gate, and then BG2, which superseded the rest.

Another Ultima fan. They did a great job with making the game. I am always surprised at the quality each time I play.

At this point this is becoming a running gag.

I feel like BioWare’s got to be sweating even more over Dreadwolf. Larian upper the bar - a bar BioWare first established - and given the last games, BioWare might not be able to clear it.

BioWare doesn’t exist. It’s an EA branding exercise. It’s not the same studio — or even a pale imitation of the original. It. Is. No. More. In every way that matters. RIP.

At this point, it’s been in development for over 10 years, and I don’t even believe Dreadwolf is actually coming out. I won’t believe it’s coming out until it’s actually available to buy.
