Um… This is sort of what I do.
First, dry brush without toothpaste,
then use floss (at night) or the water pick (midday),
Then use the fluoride toothpaste and brush again.
tHis way, the fluoride gets even between the teeth on the second brush and doesn’t get removed by the floss, and especially by the water pick.
And how many people have you killed?
If I gave you an answer, could you trust it?
I do that sometimes.
I brush, remember that I was supposed to floss first, so I floss, then the floss finds something that had been stuck between my teeth, which makes me paranoid (“what else did I miss?”), so I brush again to get whatever else got dislodged.
If I had a better memory, I’d be normal.
